Welcome to Red Hot Gymnastics

Red Hot Gymnastic was first founded by Janet and Denis lake in 1990 for the benefit of young children in the Andover and surrounding community’s, Specialising in gymnastics. Zoe Lake now the new owner of the family run business. Zoe took over the club in 2018, and finally found her new found location to be able to expand the business. We now have over 130 members, and this is growing increasingly. I hope to continue to be able to keep bringing gymnastics to our community.

All our coaches use drills that introduce the skills in smaller more achievable goals. Flexibility and strength are also introduced along with games and safety drills. Classes are designed to develop coordination and confidence. Gymnasts will experience a variety of challenges in order to develop basic skills, strength and flexibility.

About Me

Red Hot Gymnastics is now run by Zoe Lake it has been a family run business for over 35 years. Head Coach Zoe Lake is a British gymnastics level 2 gymnastics coach. Before becoming a gymnastics coach, I competed as a high-level gymnast from the age of 8 to 17. I have competed in many successful competitions winning many medals and trophies throughout my years of competing. I’ve competed in competitions ranging from county and National to a very high standard. I’m the British championships bronze medallist for Bars. I now run the Red Hot Gymnastics club to a high standard and give every child the opportunity to excel, whether that be in low level recreational, regional or national competitions.

Red hot Gymnastic parties

We offer children’s birthday parties in our fully equipped facility.

All parties are run by our team of friendly & qualified coaches who’s main aim is to provide a fun, engaging and productive party for all guests!

Children will be able to use all our equipment with a qualified coach.

All parties includes gymnastics and games.

Terms & Conditions
£100 non-refundable deposit is required once the booking has been made.

Ages 4 +

The coaches will supervise the party and ensure that all children are safe at all times, however after the gymnastics party has finished, children must remain on the floor area until collection by parent and must not return to the apparatus.

Suitable clothing must be worn and shoes are not allowed inside the gymnasium.

Food may be provided by yourself but rubbish must be taken home.

If children have any medical or special needs which may affect their ability to join in with any of the session please let us know – we will try our best to cater for this if we know prior to the party.
